This Terms and Conditions of Sale Agreement. By making a purchase from Green Fire Genetics, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued, except as expressly provided in Section 2 of this Agreement. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to carefully review and consider their purchase before completing the transaction.

2. ONE REPLACEMENT FOR 1 YEAR FROM PURCHASE DATE:

In the event that the purchased product is found to be defective or non-functioning within one (1) year from the date of purchase, the Buyer is entitled to one (1) replacement of the same product. To initiate the replacement process, the Buyer must follow these steps:

• 2.1. The Buyer must contact Seller’s customer support within one (1) year from the date of purchase, providing proof of purchase and a description of the defect or non-functionality.
• 2.2. Seller may request the Buyer to return the defective product, at the Buyer’s expense, to determine if the product is eligible for replacement.
• 2.3. If the product is deemed eligible for replacement, Seller will provide a replacement product of the same pack as purchased if deemed acceptable. Buyer is liable to pay shipping cost for replacement
